The reason I initially choose the fitness industry was to get out of a boring call centre job and do something I enjoy rather than being stuck in a job I hated. I've always been surrounded by fitness with sports and I wanted to learn more about how to train correctly and efficiently for myself as well as helping others in their own journey. The main reason why I chose to study Personal Training an
d Massage was I wanted the right tools to eventually try and change the way my family see fitness and to influence them to a healthier lifestyle. It’s a really cool feeling, getting someone started or helping them through that journey to better their own life and knowing you have contributed no matter how big or small the step. Overall, we as health professionals want to try our best to give our clients a better quality of life.
