✨The newest member of Atlas Osteopathy has arrived!✨

Sebastian came into the world at the start of October.🩵
He is fitting into our family beautifully and we are all besotted with him.

Thank you for all the well wishes, this mumma bear is doing great and definitely enjoying my family time together. 🥰

One little ball of energy and emotions just wasn't enough apparently... 🫣😬

Those who have come in for treatments from me this year may know that I've been gratefully (but also, exhaustingly) been carrying an internal assistant, due a little later this year, so now it's time to press pause once again on Atlas Osteopathy and focus on family 🙏

Thank you to everyone who has sent well wishes, given generous gifts, or been so understanding of a short-notice appointment change or cancellation through what has been a rough pregnancy at times. I feel really fortunate to have such stellar patients who continue to entrust me with their health, and such a kind landlord/co-clinician in Camille (Mindful Health and Movement) - I look forward to returning with less of a bump and probably less sleep hopefully at some point in 2026 😍

A lovely way to start off your week with a yoga class with Camille.

✨ Yoga is back! ✨

Join me on Tuesday nights for Yin Yoga, a deeply nourishing, slow moving practice that will leave you feeling grounded and connected with your body.
Classes will start on Tuesday the 7th of May at 7:30pm.

These classes are for everyone, and work within an individual’s capacity in an incremental way to improve health and well being and bring the student back into real connection with their body and mind.

Very pleased to introduce the very permanent reason for my temporary work break 🙌

Freya arrived in a bit of a rush earlier in the week, but importantly healthy and happy, same as mum. As you can probably imagine, we're very much in love 😍

Thank you again to all of you who have sent well wishes or gave such generous gifts. Look forward to seeing you all again when I'm back on deck, hopefully March 2024 all going well.

Yesterday was my last day of work before the impending arrival of baby. Its a bit of a bittersweet feeling. Happy for my body to be finishing but going to miss seeing all of your smiling faces and wonderful chats.

Thank you for supporting my business for the last 18+ months of Atlas Osteopathy. I appreciate all the kind well wishes and have been spoilt with some beautiful gifts (what a lucky mum and baby!)

Fear not, the plan is to come back at some point in the first half of next year but the hours may look a little different to now.

Of course I highly recommend coming in to get those problems looked at by the wonderful Camille Mindful Health and Movement. Or even just for a bit of relaxation. I started off maternity leave the best way I knew how with a massage from her this morning. Bliss ✨
