Our multi-modality natural health clinic currently has rooms available for rent!
Suitable for health & wellness practitioners looking for a calm environment to nurture your business as well as other professionals looking for an office space in a central location.

We also have a group space available which is suitable for small classes or gatherings.
This space is perfect for Yoga, Mat Pilates, Women's/Men's circles, Sound healing and other modalities. Bolsters, blankets and yoga mats are provided. There are also infra-red heaters in this room available for use.

Rental options are flexible and include shared access to our reception, kitchen, bathroom and storage spaces.

Have you heard on the grapevine something about a Romsey Town Centre Action Plan and want to know more?? This initiative is part of the Macedon Ranges Thriving Villages Project being rolled out across 9 towns in the Macedon Ranges which aims to reinvigorate the town centre. Romsey & Lancefield are the first of these towns to have successfully acquired funding to support the development of their Town Centre Action Plans.

After the recent community workshop, Romsey has just been delivered their Town Centre Action Plan which has been compiled by independent consultant, Gilbert Rochecouste from Village Well (www.villagewell.org). Gilbert is known as the “Village Maker”. With over 30 years’ experience in his field of placemaking and community renewal, we are very excited to be presenting the Romsey Town Centre Vision & Action plan at this community event.

We welcome community members of all ages to come along to Mitre 10 for a sausage sizzle and find out more about the Town Centre Action Plan. Cast your vote on what key projects you believe are a priority and share your own vision/ideas with the Action Team.

This is step one of the 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧. As we walk the street we invite the community to observe the key features of the town centre that can be enhanced and improved on. ✨ Yin Yoga ✨

Slow down with me on Tuesdays at 7:30pm with a nourishing class of Yin.
This class will be a slow, floor based practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body and creating space in the body and mind and is suitable for all body's.

✨ Yoga is back! ✨

Join me on Tuesday nights for Yin Yoga, a deeply nourishing, slow moving practice that will leave you feeling grounded and connected with your body.
Classes will start on Tuesday the 7th of May at 7:30pm.

These classes are for everyone, and work within an individual’s capacity in an incremental way to improve health and well being and bring the student back into real connection with their body and mind.

✨ Important Wait-list and Christmas Info! ✨

If you have tried to book a massage online with me recently, you might have noticed that there aren't many appointments left for this year...this is just a quick note to say that if you need an appointment and can't find anything online then please give me a call at the clinic on (03) 5429 3901 or email me at contact@mham.com.au to go on my waiting list.
I also plan on adding a few extra times before the end of the year to try and fit everyone in before I go on holiday!! 🌴☀️

My hours are still as follows:
Mon 9am-8:30pm
Tues 9am-8pm
Wed 9am-6:30pm
Thurs 9am-8:30pm
One Sat a month 9am-2:30pm

I will be finishing up on the 23rd of December and won't be back until the 22nd of January. (Lucky me!)
