Sometimes it’s the simple shifts that make the biggest difference 🌸

💧 Add a squeeze of lemon or a pinch of mineral-rich salt to your water for deeper hydration.

🥕 Wash + chop veggies as soon as you get home so they’re ready to grab anytime.

🧘‍♀️ Sneak in “movement snacks” – 5 mins of stretching, squats, or dancing throughout the day.

🍵 Swap the afternoon coffee for a nourishing herbal tea (nettle, chamomile, or rooibos are beautiful choices).

🌙 Dim lights before bed to help your body naturally wind down.

🙏 Take 3 deep breaths before meals + give thanks → supports digestion + calms your nervous system.

📵 Keep your phone out of the bedroom for deeper, more restorative sleep.

👣 Get your dose of nature – barefoot grounding on grass, soil, or sand.

My first pregnancy was low risk, and I’m so grateful that this one is also low risk. I really do my best to support my body and baby in every way I can.

I take Juice Plus fruit, veg, berries, omegas and their protein powder, along with a good quality prenatal. I also use liquid herbs specific to this pregnancy, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin D3 and K2.

I make sure I stay properly hydrated with plenty of water and electrolytes (coconut water is my go-to). My food choices are mostly centred around what supports my Hashimoto’s, but I also let myself enjoy a little chocolate – balance is everything.

I try my hardest to get outside daily for sunshine, fresh air and body movement. Some days are easier than others, especially with a toddler, inadequate sleep, and of course the super crap weather Melbourne throws at us sometimes! But I remind myself that small, consistent efforts make a big difference.

I also adore Australian Bush Flower Essences 🌿🌼 – they’ve been such a beautiful support for me emotionally and energetically during this time.

Overall, I feel really aligned in how I’m nourishing myself this pregnancy, and I can feel how much it supports my energy and wellbeing. 🌿✨

Iron Boost Bliss Balls - for Pregnancy 🤰🥰

Makes: 12 balls

Ingredients:

1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)

½ cup rolled oats (GF)

½ cup pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp blackstrap molasses

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp cinnamon

1–2 tbsp coconut oil (if needed)

Method:

1. Blend dates, oats, and pumpkin seeds in a food processor until crumbly.

2. Add tahini, molasses, chia seeds, and cinnamon → blend until sticky.

3. Adjust texture with coconut oil if it's too dry.

4. Roll into balls and store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months.

I am a Crystal Reiki Healer, a JBT Health Coach, a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Trainer, Children's Nutritionist, Kids Outdoor Fitness & Bootcamp Trainer, Kids Yoga Teacher, and an Australian Bush Flower Essence practitioner.

. I specialise in children's fitness, nutrition and well-being. I offer Australian Bush Flower Essence consults, and a range of Health Care Products.
