I KNOW how to fuel my body and I still got it wrong.
Big training = big fuel.
But I under fuelled after a big few training days and my body told me.
Session felt HARD not because I’m unfit but because I didn’t eat enough.
One large meal later…
Energy up. Head clear. Back to ME.
If I can get this wrong, you probably are too.
Under fuelling shows up as:
Poor sessions.
Slow recovery.
Cravings.
Low motivation.
Low mood.
You can’t train hard and eat light.
Fuel your body properly.
Eat for the training you’re doing not the body you’re chasing.
