Busy mums - this is your reminder.
Exercise isn’t just another thing on the to-do list.
It’s the thing that helps you handle the to-do list.
When life feels full (which it always does), moving your body is the difference between just surviving the day and actually feeling good in it.
Exercise helps you manage stress, improves your energy, helps you sleep better and keeps your body strong for all the things life throws at you.
You don’t need hours in the gym.
Just two strength sessions a week can make a huge difference to how you feel.
That’s why I’m running a little special for my Monday and Wednesday strength classes over the next few weeks.
Commit to two classes a week and head into the school holidays feeling stronger, more energised and proud that you showed up for yourself.
Sometimes the best thing you can do for everyone else is take care of your own health first.
