Resting without guilt.
Moving when it feels good.
Recharging so I can show up fully again.

โœจ Saying YES to:
โ€ข In bed by ๐Ÿ—๐ฉ๐ฆ (protecting my nervous system)
โ€ข ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐š๐ฒ โ€” not just what I do at work, but movement that nourishes ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ

โ€ข Sugar โ€” not swapping Christmas treats for โ€œeverydayโ€ habits ๐Ÿคช

If you notice there is a task that isn't getting done and you are continually transferring it across from the day before - make this your priority & get it done! You will feel SO MUCH better.

Walking.
Yoga.
Stretching.
Breathing + gentle mobility.

Set your alarm to make sure you have enough time to fit this into your morning routine. Even 10 minutes:

โ€ข supports nervous system regulation
โ€ข boosts mental clarity

Weather permitting outdoor exercise is preferable however, something is always better than nothing.

Iโ€™m trying my best to bring in the new year SLOW & steady ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒ

๐Ÿ‘‰ 12 days offline & unplugged โ€” no emails, no alarms, no scrolling.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Walked every day, read 4 books, soaked up the sunshine and gave my nervous system a much-needed reset.

Day Two into the deep dive of learning with the beautiful Yvonne Farrell ๐Ÿ’š

Menopause - we canโ€™t fast track or escape this important transition in a womanโ€™s life. Moving from โ€œMotherโ€ to โ€œCrone/Wise Womanโ€ โ˜ฏ๏ธ

The more we resist or try to soldier on in peri-menopause, the more discomfort & sometimes suffering we endure.

It is an invitation to pay attention & embrace changeโ€ฆ. An opportunity to LET GO to make room for transformation, growth & renewal ๐Ÿชท
