In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is one of the most famous and effective acupressure points for moving energy and relieving pain—especially in the head and face! 💆♀️
How to locate it:
1️⃣ Gently press your thumb and index finger together.
2️⃣ Look for the highest point of the muscle that bulges out in the webbing between them.
3️⃣ Relax your hand and use your opposite thumb to apply firm, circular pressure to that spot.
