With over 35 years’ experience working in all areas of health and wellness, I draw on extensive skills to offer more than just a massage. ✨

Having started in corporate health and fitness, personal training, and a degree in Applied Science, I moved into body work, Remedial Massage, and yoga teaching.

In my sessions, I’m passionate about treating the whole individual - body, mind and subtle energy systems - for the most effective and powerful results.

Techniques I use can involve:
Myofascial release
Myofascial cupping
(Neurolymphatic and neurovascular reflex points
Trigger point Therapy

Your time, Your space, to turn inward and find more calm and balance. Radiant Energy Yoga is a fusion of traditional yoga and energy medicine yoga, accessing reflex points and radiant circuits to move stagnancy and feel rejuvenated.
