Most people who struggle with their weight have tried more than they're given credit for. They've counted calories. Cut carbs. Done intermittent fasting. Signed up to programs that promised results in 8 weeks. And many of those things worked for a while. The problem isn't commitment. It's that every one of those approaches has a built-in expiry date.
