👣 Exercise of the day: Peroneal Focused Side Step
Looking to wake up those outer foot muscles? This is a great little twist on the classic banded side step ✨
🔹 Pop a small resistance band around the arches of your feet (or around the ankles).
🔹 Keep your knees straight and lift your heels just 1–1.5 inches off the floor.
🔹 Step to the side ➡️ then bring the other foot to meet it.
💡 Bonus: This exercise can be a great option if full heel raises irritate your big toe, because the smaller lift is often much more comfortable.
