Melissa, a mother of two, is passionate about Women’s health & wellness, fertility, pre & post natal care. She enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle. Her attentions have always been focused on Yoga, complementary therapies and fitness as a means to a balanced body and mind. Melissa, a practicing Massage Therapist for 15 years, has worked between London and Sydney and has completed studies Remedial & Sports Massage, Maya Abdominal Therapy™, Maya Spiritual Healing, Fertility & Reproductive Health, Pregnancy Massage, Pranic healing, Yoga Teacher Training and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Melissa can address a wide range of concerns such as general wellbeing & health maintenance, muscular restrictions & injuries, digestion, women’s health, trauma & loss. You will enjoy a nurturing, supportive and healing space. Treatments resolve imbalances & dis-ease within the physical body and bring balance & harmony to the emotional body. Melissa massages with pure coconut oil and the divine Tui balms, which are made from certified organic NZ Beeswax, Almond Oil, Olive oil, Vitamin E, Arnica oil and Essential Oils. Member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) & The International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).

This past year was full and meaningful, defined by major milestones and a strong sense of flow

~2025 was a year~

• I became a mamma to an adult — my first baby turned 18 🤍
• Our household navigated HSC year as she graduated Year 12 and now steps into a gap year before university. I am incredibly proud of who she is and the journey she’s travelled — and what lies ahead.
• My younger baby completed Year 10 and is now moving into her final Years 11/12 — motivated, inspired, and amazing.
• I found my person. Pure love and respect. No question.
• I took my girls to Europe, creating memories filled with fun and magic.
• 20 years since leaving the corporate world and beginning my bodywork journey.
• 10 years since my marriage ended.
• The first year my girls have lived with me full-time after a decade of co-parenting.
• I had a small malignant cancer removed from my body — all is well. A powerful reminder to prioritise my health and wellbeing.
• I stepped into the next phase of life — perimenopause — which has gifted me clearer boundaries, a deeper understanding of my limits and self-worth, and the ability to let go of what is not mine.
• I returned to my deeply important daily Vedic Meditation practice, enhancing every aspect of my inner and outer awareness.
• And finally, my last year in my 40s… I’m excited to turn 50 and step into this next decade with love, good health, and curiosity for what’s to come.

Thank you to my beautiful clients for another incredible year. I truly love you all — you inspire me more than you know.

My word for 2026 is: Cherish.
