🍫 Many of us have an unhealthy relationship with food and an β€œall” or β€œnothing” approach when it comes to eating.

🀯 You may think that there are only 'good' and 'bad' days when it comes to a healthy relationship with food.

πŸ€” Perhaps you ate a bit extra at a one of your meals or maybe you engaged in some comfort eating when you were feeling stressed.

β­† So, you think what the hack, I’ve ruined it all now so I may as well eat whatever for the rest of the week.

😳 As a result your relationship with food may feel far from healthy, but it’s been like that for so long that you don’t know how to change it.

πŸ™Œ If I had my life to live over again,

βœ”οΈ I’d dare to make more mistakes next time.
βœ”οΈ I’d have more of them.

βœ”οΈ In fact, I’d try to have nothing else- just moments, one after another, instead of living so many years ahead of each day.

➽➽ I’ve been one of those persons who never goes anywhere without a thermometer, a hot water bottle, a raincoat, and a parachute.

πŸ”₯ If I could do it again, I would travel lighter than I have.

πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ If I had to live my life over,

βœ”οΈ I would start barefoot earlier in the spring and stay that way later in the fall.
βœ”οΈ I would go to more dances,

❓ What does emotional hunger feel like ❓

πŸ€” One of my new clients recently said: β€œI’m eating a whole packet of biscuits at night and I can’t stop – then I feel terrible. The thing is I’m not even hungry”

🍫 Comfort (Emotional) eaters are unable to differentiate hunger from the physiological state accompanying negative emotions.

πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ As a result, they respond by eating when experiencing negative emotions.
