The easiest high protein breakfast ever. I’ve hurt my leg so decided to start doing some upper body weights instead of running, and you need to have a good hit of protein after weights to optimise your workout. So …. take high protein Greek style yogurt, protein powder on top - done! And let me tell you this combo is DELICIOUS. No paid sponsorships here, just love these two together … tastes like dessert! One cup of this yogurt + just 1/2 scoop powder = big 33 G protein (we cannot metabolise more than 30 g at a time generally). For anyone interested in weight loss a protein rich brekky is essential for reducing the desire to snack later in the day and steadying blood sugar levels so reducing sweet cravings.
