I've decided to undertake two intensive courses to understand the primary injuries from the hips, knee and shoulder pain. Weight loss can be challenging to manage, especially after one or multiple births, but also after 35+ when hormone imbalances start to appear because of Pre-menopausal symptoms. Hence, I recently put these two subjects into my pocket to understand factors, discomfort, and obstacles during those stages.

I didn’t expect today to shake me like this.
I met someone who changed my life… without ever knowing my name.

Every morning, while I get ready for work, train or walk… his voice is in my ears.
Not for entertainment.
For survival.

On the days I wanted to give up fitness…
On the days I doubted myself…
On the days the Load felt too heavy, and the Energy wasn’t there…
His words kept me moving.

If you’ve ever seen me get back up again — this man is part of the reason.

I recognised him instantly today.
Not because of fame.
But because his presence has been a part of my journey for years.

And honestly… I didn’t want to be “that girl” who bothers someone in public.
I felt shy. Ridiculous even.
But something inside me said:
Go. Say thank you.

Because a few days ago, someone thanked me for helping them change their life…
And it reminded me how powerful it is to hear those words.

Sometimes “thank you” is the little push that keeps someone going.
And today, I wanted to give him that push too.

Most of the time, I don’t even catch his content on this page — I follow his voice more than his posts. But the impact is the same.

And the fact that he asked for a picture?
I’ll keep that moment in my “fitness diary” forever.

We never know the impact we have on people.
Most of the time, we inspire someone we’ve never even met.

If you’re reading this, I hope this reminds you:
Keep going.
Keep building.
Keep showing up — even when nobody claps.

And this year, she decided it was finally time to look after herself.

But I came here because I needed a place to grow.

I travelled around the country for one year.
I lived with four different families.
I saw more of Australia than I ever saw of my own country.

I didn’t just see Sydney or Melbourne.
I saw the real Australia.
The long empty roads.
The big spiders.
The giant lizards.
The hard days.
The beautiful days.

The place that stole my heart was Albany.
I stayed there four or five months.
It was simple.
It was tough.
It was unforgettable.

I worked in a restaurant even though my English was… let’s say “creative.”
I cried almost every day because the boss was so harsh with me.
I made smoothies, washed dishes, cleaned floors, cooked small meals.
Every morning, I rode my bike to work along the beach path.
Every morning I told myself, “This is my last day.”
But every night… I went back.
And I grew stronger.

I travelled in a bus, in a 4x4, by plane.
I picked strawberries.
I jumped from a plane.
I did everything.
I lived.
Really lived.

And behind all this, I was a girl who first worked in IT.
Then I became a housekeeper just to survive.
And now I work in the fitness industry — not by chance, but by passion.

That first year in Australia changed my life.
I did more in those months than I had ever done before.
It shaped the woman I am today.

And 11 years later…
I’m still here.
Still building my life.
Still choosing this country.
Still choosing my own way — like I did on day one.

How to Pick Your Starting Weight

When starting a new exercise, don’t guess your weight — test it.

Your first week is your test week.
Pick a weight that feels you could do between 8 to 20 reps with good form.

✅ Stop when you still have 2 or 3 hard-but-doable reps left in you — that’s your perfect starting weight:
❌ If it’s too easy → go heavier.
❌ If your form breaks early → go lighter.

Your body learns through tension, not exhaustion.

You don’t need to lift the heaviest weight —
you just need to lift with control and intention.

Here’s why 👇

Group classes — like the one in this photo — are amazing to create energy, movement, and connection.
I love seeing people move together, laugh, and learn.
But sometimes, what your body really needs can’t be seen in a crowd.

Group classes are where I connect with different bodies, different stories, and different ways of moving.
You can ask ten people to do the same exercise — and you’ll see ten completely different versions of it.
Different hips, different posture, different effort.
That’s how I learn.

Every class gives me a new perspective — a new way to cue, a new way to help someone feel stronger and safer in their body.
You teach me as much as I teach you.

And when I move to my private Personal Training or Reformer session.
I can give full attention, tactile feedback, and tailor every move to your body — so you can return to your classes or program feeling more confident and in control.
