11 years ago, I had the “perfect plan”:
✔ Office job
✔ House
✔ Cat
✔ Baby next?

But it wasn’t my life.
I felt stuck in a future I didn’t choose.

So I left.
Told everyone I was going to Australia to learn English —
But really, I needed to escape.

Got a tattoo.
Grew dreadlocks.
Did LASIK to literally see the world differently.

Took 5 months off. Stayed 11.
That’s when I finally felt alive.

Back home, it hit me:
I’m not made for office life.
I came back to Australia, Sydney — just the city this time.

Secretly wanted to keep learning pole dancing.
But first, I needed to fix my body.
So, I became a personal trainer.

That was the first step.
The beginning of my dream life.
The start of everything I’ve built.

✨ I’m not special.
I just chose not to settle.

Why I do what I do 👇

🧘‍♀️ Yoga — to connect. Helps me slow down and reconnect when life feels too loud.

💫 Pilates—I use it to ground myself, reset, and build deep awareness. The Pilates Mat brings me back to basics.

🛠️ Reformer Pilates — to fix what modern life breaks. Alignment. Imbalances. Control.

🏋️‍♀️ Weights — to build strength that lasts. Strong muscles. Strong mind.

But let me explain.

When I assess someone, I don’t care if you’ve got belly fat or what kind of clothes you wear. I’m not judging your appearance.
I’m watching how you move.
Do you stand evenly? Do you shift more to one side?

Are you working just as hard when you push and when you come back?
Because movement isn’t just about going up, out, or forward.
It’s also about controlling the way back—the return, the slow release.
That’s where strength, balance, and real control show up.

So why a photo from between my legs?
Because even the stitching on my leggings tells a story.
Here, my pelvis is slightly rotated, and the stitching is uneven.
That comes from reduced mobility on one side.

Your clothes often reflect how you move. They don’t lie.

Today, I’m celebrating one year since I started studying Reformer Pilates.
And I’m just getting started.
I want to go deeper — take a full rehab course and become a complete Pilates instructor.
I want to help more people like me. People who feel broken.

Because movement isn’t just about sweat.
It’s about rebuilding yourself — one rep, one breath, one adjustment at a time.

I am inspired by the many opportunities this country offers in the fitness industry. If you truly want something, you can achieve it. With hard work, focus, and a bit of passion, success will come.
Last year, I thought about leaving this industry several times because working with individuals can be tough. Running my small business has its ups and downs, and sometimes money can be tight, which makes stability important at certain times in life.
However, my passion for fitness keeps me going. I love helping people, and that makes me feel good. Sensitivity and business can go together, but you need to balance kindness with a smart approach to make money. I work hard to learn how to inspire others to exercise because I believe fitness is the best medicine. This belief drives my commitment to this field.
This year, I think I realised that education makes me happy, and the reformer let me go in that direction. I always teach the reformer to encourage people to lift heavy weights over time.
I am more concerned about women, as many of them are afraid of lifting, and the reformer is a good starting point, as I teach them a full-body workout most of the time, so they can learn slowly.
I think people know I am passionate about this, and that makes them keep going and be aware of the importance of building muscle mass.

What’s the difference between Yoga, Pilates Mat, and Yogalates?

At Snap Fitness Concord West, I’m lucky to offer Yoga, Pilates Mat, and Yogalates in addition to my personal training!

Many people get confused about these classes, so here’s a quick breakdown:

🔹Yoga (Mondays at 12 PM & Fridays at 5:30 PM): This practice invites you to focus on breath, flexibility, and calming the mind. On Fridays, we revisit the same sequence for a few weeks, helping you build confidence and familiarity with each pose.

🔹Yogalates (Thursdays at 9 AM): Experience the perfect fusion of Pilates and Yoga! Build strength through Pilates and meet the stretch and flow of Yoga.

🔹Pilates Mat (Saturdays at 8:30 AM): Focus on core strength, posture, injury prevention, and alignment.

All levels are welcome—come as you are and leave feeling stronger and more grounded! 🙌

"Chasing the Rainbow" – I prioritise a colourful, vitamin-rich diet for energy and muscle recovery.

Less Saturated Fat, More Clean Energy – Many processed meats are high in unhealthy fats, so shifting my focus to fish, legumes, and plant-based proteins has helped me feel lighter and more energised.

Most of my clients don’t know that I don’t eat meat—because my coaching is about their choices, not mine. My goal is to help people find what works for their body, lifestyle, and goals.

I’ve personally chosen to be a pescatarian for personal reasons, and over time, I’ve learned that being prepared is key, especially in social situations 🍸🍕🍻

🥗 Planning Ahead – When eating with friends who don’t share my way of eating, I make small adjustments:

Having an extra portion of protein before or after gathering

Choosing naturally protein-rich sides like rice, legumes, or extra fish

Find balance instead of stressing over the menu. It is not going to be perfect, and that's okay.

🍷 Same Goes for Other Choices/topics – Whether you’ve stopped drinking alcohol or are on a diet, small swaps make it easier to stick to your goals without feeling like you have to justify yourself:

Instead of a glass of wine, grab a sparkling drink to keep the social vibe

Want dessert? Share dessert with a friend instead of skipping it.

💡 Continuous Learning: This curiosity doesn’t stop at my own nutrition. I bring the same mindset to my coaching. I read books and take courses to bring the best strategies to support my clients.

💥 Progress takes time, but every rep counts! 💥

When I first started hip thrusts, I could barely lift 5kg for 12 reps (back on 04/07/22).
Next week, I’ll be hitting 40kg!

It didn’t happen overnight. It took consistency, patience, and trust in the process. If you feel like you're not progressing fast enough, remember:
✅ Strength takes time to build
✅ Small wins lead to big results
✅ Showing up is what matters most

One thing that helped me stay motivated? Tracking my progress.

✅ Write down your numbers, I use a simple Excel file (yeah I am a old school person ☺️) to track my lifts or use un an APP like I use for my students.
✅ Take notes on how you feel each session (menstrual cycle, motivation, mood, )
✅ Celebrate small wins!

Whether you're training, studying, or working toward a goal, tracking your progress helps you stay on course and see how far you’ve come.
