Meet Jaime, one of our absolute legends at CorePlus Rosebud! 🌟

Looking for a class that’s fun, challenging, and packed with creativity? Jaime’s your go-to! Her sessions are dynamic and full of heart, you’ll leave feeling strong, uplifted, and totally energised. 💥💫

You’ll find her in the Mat Room every second Sunday morning. Trust us, this is one class you’ll want to book in advance!

This is a tough one... it’s a tie between Hot Mat Pilates and Hot Strength Cardio.🥵

The incredible community. Everyone’s so welcoming, and I love that everyone is there to show up for themselves. Especially the 5am crew… you guys seriously inspire me.🤍
