When is the best time to change your toothbrush?

Baby teeth matter 🤍
Yes, they eventually fall out to make way for adult teeth… but that doesn’t mean they’re not important.
Healthy baby teeth help guide adult teeth into place. When decay leads to early removal, it can cause crowding and future dental problems.

That’s why good habits early on make such a difference.

Brush twice a day using a soft toothbrush and a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. Encourage your child to brush for two full minutes… making it fun can help.

Try using an egg timer or a song they love.

Flossing should begin as soon as two teeth are touching, with help from a parent until they’re confident to do it themselves.
