At Helping Hands, we support people living with all types of disability — seen and unseen.

Here’s a simple breakdown to help raise awareness:

✅ Mental Health & Psychosocial Disabilities – Conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and schizophrenia. These may not be visible, but they deeply affect how people live and engage with the world.
✅ Physical Disabilities – People who may use a wheelchair, have limited movement, or need support walking.
✅ Sensory Disabilities – This includes vision loss or hearing difficulties.
✅ Speech & Communication Disabilities – Some people may need support to express themselves clearly.
✅ Intellectual or Learning Disabilities – Like Down syndrome, learning delays, or memory issues.
