A little Vitamin D reminder! 🌞 It's easy to get complacent this time of year with the changes in seasons and us thinking the heat of the sun means it's making vitamin D, but that is not always the case! In fact, the sun's rays have to be at a certain angle to trigger vitamin D production, and during the spring, fall and winter months, the sun is too low in the sky for that to happen. So, even if you're spending time outside, you might not be getting as much vitamin D as you think. Make sure to take your supplements and eat vitamin D-rich foods to keep your levels up! 💪
