Just a quick update on my booking policy to make sure things run smoothly for everyone.
I completely understand that life happens, however, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
If you’re unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. I appreciate you not coming in sick, but late cancellations due to illness may still incur a fee.
All cancellation fees must be paid before rebooking.
