Tahlia brings a wide range of skills and life experience, from working in the community/disability sector for over 12 years, parenting children with high needs, experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and knowledge and experience with trauma and domestic violence. Her advanced empathy and integrated approach to counselling supports her clients to find inner strength and enlightenment. Tahlia has a special interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method in Couples Counselling. Often working with clients whose lives are impacted by stress, anxiety, and depression. She welcomes you to her safe therapeutic space to help develop your strengths and abilities to elicit positive solutions and change.
