This is achieved through healing the soul from trauma and conditioning accumulated through various stages of the eternal journey. After a short-lived career in Business and Finance, Antoinette was abruptly plucked from the only life she knew and plunged into a long difficult period of severe illness. This period would serve as a preparation for her spiritual awakening. Only after this, would she realise the gift in adversity and how it encouraged her to fully embrace her soul purpose. As an Intuitive and Reiki Practitioner, Antoinette founded her Holistic practice To Become One. As an Energy Healer, she utilises her various skills to support and guide others to open their hearts, identify, embrace, and release their pain to transform into the highest versions of themselves and live a soul-aligned purposeful life. Her own journey of healing has now expanded her Creativity. Her Writing as well as her Art, have become her form of expression to inspire others toward purpose and self-healing. She believes that together we will all heal, empower and build new foundations based on hope and love from our own individual transformations of PAIN INTO PURPOSE.

Hello beautiful souls 💖

The final squeeze is on! Those last pieces or shreds of "skin" 🐍that we cannot take with us into the year of the fire horse 🐎, are needed to be released!

You may be feeling that those last shreds require so much more pushing to release. Like you are anchored up against the biggest rock to have the energy to push hard enough to complete the shedding.

But what if we just need to surrender and be more gentle?

The recent full moon in LEO ♌️ supports us with the energy of courage and liberation.

These last pieces can be the most stubborn and deep.

This "skin" might be deep fear, pain, anxiety, control or the need to control, ancestral limitations, mind sets, programs, belief systems... insert your own here.

In the Andean Shamanic traditions the snake 🐍 represents the Medicine of the South Direction, where we shed our stories that no longer serve us. Where we walk belly to belly with Pachamama ( Mother Earth) and where we connect with the beauty within us, and the beauty in all.

Not every oracle deck is designed to reassure you. Some are designed to sit with you.

Antoinette Thompson's Pain to Purpose Healing Oracle didn’t begin as a product, but as poetry.

Over 18 months, Antoinette wrote 14 poems as part of her own healing process. Those poems later became the foundation for 55 oracle cards. What emerged wasn’t a system or a formula — but a tool meant to engage the subconscious, invite reflection, and meet people wherever they are.

In the special episode dedicated to this deck, Antoinette walks through several cards verbally and visually (available on YouTube), and I also give my interpretation of what I'm sensing with each card.

In this part of the conversation, Antoinette Thompson speaks about the moment when she was given a diagnosis for all the pain she had been living with — and how complicated that moment was.

On one hand, there was relief.
Finally, there was an explanation for what her body was going through.

On the other hand, the implications landed hard.
Daily pain. Limited treatment options at the time. Strong medications with heavy side effects. And the growing realisation that returning to a previous career might not be possible.

She describes sitting with a question many people face after life-altering news:

📢 First podcast of 2026 is now live after a brief and much-needed hiatus. In this episode of Wisdom Without the Guru, Antoinette Thompson joins me from Australia.

Antoinette’s life took a sharp turn after a workplace injury led to chronic pain, surgery, and an eventual diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis — an incurable autoimmune condition. Her career ended. Her independence narrowed. Her world became defined by pain management and limitation.

Alongside this, she carried childhood sexual abuse she had never spoken openly about, shaped by a culture where silence was expected and appearances mattered.

After losing both parents, Antoinette reached a point where continuing to live in survival mode was no longer possible.

In this episode, she speaks honestly about:
➡️ what long-term illness takes beyond physical health
➡️ how silence compounds trauma
➡️ the slow process of unlearning belief systems
➡️ and rebuilding a sense of purpose without bypassing pain

My heart is so full with gratitude for all the wonderful people that came down to see us at The Good Earth Psychic Fair in Ulladulla over the weekend.

Pain is a topic we all seem to want to not talk about.

However, pain is our greatest source of information.

Manifesting in so many different ways, emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, we are being led to STOP and take notice.

Suppression is not the answer.

Pain is where we grow, suppression is where we stay stuck and where Pain converts to suffering.

The wisdom of the Pain is where you have the ability to transform it into purpose.

The Lion's Gate Portal has been building for a while already, (Since the end of July) when Sirius started to rise again in the sky. 8/8 is when Sirius, our spiritual sun aligns with the Sun reaching the halfway mark of Leo Season and the numerology of 8/8, infinity and DNA activation; the peak of this supercharged energy!

To Become One

Living many years in a state of suffering, feeling there was no way out, indirectly was the catalyst for finding To Become One. During these difficult times, I was forced to contemplate my worth, my existence, my purpose.

Had I really connected with myself to actually listen to my soul’s voice?

Was this to be the life that I was meant to live?

With a forceful push from the universe and some Divine Intervention, the day came when everything changed. I began to ask questions, I began to think, hang on what if there is something within me that I have not yet connected with? What if I actually travelled to the depths of my inner essence to find the answers rather than looking outside of myself?

At that moment my journey within began, my spiritual awakening if you like. There began the process of deep identification, assessment, healing and truth. Who am I?

Adversity is a gift, one that I did not receive with it’s entirety. Within the depths of our human suffering, whatever the form, lies an opportunity for us to examine, experience, release and transmute. Every part of us is necessary, every experience is necessary for they all form part of the whole. These are what makes us us, individuals in a common collective striving to be better, sharing our gifts and transmuting our sorrows to raise the vibration of the Universe.

Sometimes we need help, we need guidance, we need compassion.

My motivation to find myself led me to the wonderful, non restrictive world of Metaphysics. There I found my passion, my worth, my personal power. The last few years I have learnt how to develop, heal , accept, release and transform into the light that was always inside of me.

Now I take this journey with you. As an intuitive healer I can help guide you on your path to your own soul, your worth, your power. Shedding through the layers of restriction, conditioning, belief patterns or any adversity that you may have experienced. Helping you to connect with your soul, to recognise and listen to the eternal voice of knowing that is within you. There you will BECOME ONE.
