ANSWER: ...the scans provide your body fat % as well as body fat in kgs broken down to the kg measure of how much body fat is on each arm, leg and your trunk as well as the visceral fat stored around your organs. We will explain what it all means and how it relates to your specific scan and targets. You can book at a time that suits you and we recommend that each time you have a scan you should do it under the same conditions so your body is in the same state each time. Eg, same time of day, same amount of time after eating or on an empty stomach, keep hydration the same etc. You just need to wear light weight clothing for the scan and remove any metal watches or bracelets from your wrists, necklaces or ankle chains.
