Energy isn’t something you earn by pushing harder.

It’s something you create by working with your biology.

I see high performers hit busy seasons and wonder why their energy drops, their focus fades and their recovery stalls.

The reality is simple: they’re operating against their physiology, not with it.

In Season 4 Episode 10 of Stay at the Top, I break down three science backed ways to stabilise energy and recover in a way that actually works in high pressure environments.

✓ Align your day with your circadian rhythm
✓ Work with your chronotype, not against it
✓ Respect the ultradian cycles your brain depends on to recharge

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start using a system that supports both performance and wellbeing, this episode will give you the clarity and strategy you need.

Which one do you want to dive deeper in to?

11/12/2025

Most people treat business like instinct.
Great leaders treat it like sport.

Ezio Mormile isn’t just talking strategy. He’s talking tactical awareness.
In sport, no athlete steps on the field without a game plan.
In business, far too many still fly blind.

If you’re signing off meetings, closing deals or leading teams, you need more than hustle.

You need a plan.
You need clarity.
You need structure.

Watch our conversation.
Ask yourself: do I know why I win? Do I know why I lose?
Do I have a game plan?

The gap between good and elite isn’t more effort.
It’s more clarity.
More discipline.
More leadership.

The future of health is exciting. It is customised, personalised and optimised, but it still comes down to the decisions you make every single day.

What you eat.
How you sleep.
How you move.
How you manage stress.
The quality of your relationships.

This is what moves the needle with your health, performance and longevity.

There is no better feeling than delivering a session that creates immediate shifts and lasting impact.

It was a privilege to deliver The Wellbeing Secret: Mastering Sustainable Performance for the YPO Sydney chapter last month, and I am incredibly grateful for the feedback that followed.

If you would like to explore this work for your leaders, organisation or event, you can learn more on my website.

Curious to know what ellite performers do differently to set them apart?

Here’s 8 takeaways from my fireside chat with that give you an insight into the dedication and mindset.

Overnight success is always years, often decades, in the making.

The deepest lows and hardest failures are a privilege.

Sustained excellence requires a relentless commitment and self-mastery

Improve on the person you were last year. Every year.

Be willing to let long held beliefs be challenged, reshaped and upgraded. Even when it’s uncomfortable.

Your biggest unlock lies in elevating the behaviours you do every day. How you eat, sleep and breath.

Master the reps and sets no one sees.

Live in a way that leaves no stone unturned and no regrets looking back.

Which one of these speaks to you the most?

It’s finally here. 🎥
My official speaker reel.

Over the past few years I’ve spoken to rooms filled with CEOs, senior leaders, high growth founders and elite performers.

I’ve taken insights from my work in elite sport, Special Forces and high pressure corporate environments and translated them into practical strategies people can apply the moment they leave the room.

This reel captures a glimpse of that work and a handful of those rooms.

I break down the science and systems that drive sustainable success, showing leaders how to create energy, build resilience and strengthen the capacity required to perform in high pressure environments.

If you’re planning 2026 events or offsites and want a speaker who blends science, lived experience and actionable strategies to turn wellbeing into a genuine performance edge, I’d love to explore how we can work together.

It has been a month of heck yes moments.

From an inspiring all women high performance panel breaking down why high performers need to build an operating system, where I was lucky to share the stage with , from and from

To the fourth and final online masterclass with Stratamax, where we have been exploring the inputs that help make wellbeing a performance edge.

To being a keynote speaker at the Human Performance Optimisation Symposium at Holsworthy Army Barracks with HPO delegates from all over the country and the world.

Then across to Bondi Beach where I shared my keynote The Wellbeing Secret with the Sydney YPO Chapter. It was rated 4.8 out of 5 and featured a Q and A with Dane which was a huge hit.

And last but not least, an in conversation event with at .au where I am a member. The feedback was phenomenal and it was so much fun.

I can’t wait for more of this in 2026!

Leaders who fear that self-compassion will lower their standards are usually the ones holding themselves to impossibly high ones.

Here is the truth:
Self-compassion does not weaken accountability. It strengthens it.

When you treat yourself with clarity, honesty and care, you think better, recover faster and make choices you can stand behind. You also model the behaviour your team actually needs to see.

Because people do not learn from what you say.
They learn from how you lead yourself.

If you want to understand the shift from self-neglect to self-compassion, and what this means for performance, leadership and wellbeing, tune in to Season 4 Episode 13 of Stay at the Top with .

There is a powerful distinction between those who reach the top and those who stay there.

Reaching the top can come from talent or intensity.

Staying there demands something deeper.

Self mastery
A commitment to excellence
A willingness to evolve

Last Thursday I hosted a live conversation with Dane Rampe at The Pillars.

It is easy to look at his accomplishments and assume it followed a textbook path - talent, draft, success.

Fourteen seasons. More than two hundred and seventy games. Captaincy.

But the real story began long before he ever pulled on a Swans guernsey.

Four years of setbacks. Testing moments. Self doubt. Rebuilding himself again and again.

We have worked together over the past few years and from the very first conversation it was clear that his approach to self mastery and excellence is a true differentiator.

He is willing to challenge long held beliefs, refine his routines and do the uncomfortable work required to perform at the highest level.

Last week he spoke about how his relationship with failure has shifted.

How he uses difficult moments as fuel and gratitude.

How he protects the physical and mental foundations required to stay at the top.

All elite athletes are high level operators but some sit in a different category. Dane is one of them.

A huge thank you to The Pillars and to Bradley Delamare and Steve Grace for bringing this conversation to the club and its members, and to my special guests for joining.

Kind words from a recent client following a series of four online wellbeing masterclasses across the year.

Are you relying on motivation or an operating system?

Motivation feels powerful in the moment, but it will never keep you consistent because it doesn’t last.

Your biology thrives on rhythm.
Your performance relies on structure.
Your cognitive capacity needs automaticity.

When you build an operating system that supports how you sleep, eat, train and recover, everything becomes easier.

Energy stabilises.
Decisions feel clearer.
Progress becomes predictable.

This is not about being rigid.

It is about having a reliable foundation that helps you perform at your best in every season of life.

The sweet spot is what I call - structured flexibility.

Tune into Season 4 Episode 8 of Stay at the Top to learn how to build your operating system and where to start.

What part of your system needs attention right now?
