This Mother’s Day I’m listening to what my body needs.

A night away at Billabong Retreat.

Honestly, I’d love a few nights… but one feels like a very good place to start.

This will be my first night away in over a year.

And the only one that hasn’t been for work.



As much as I love this season of life, my body and mind are craving space, nature, stillness and uninterrupted sleep.

It feels good to listen and honour what I need.

Most people would give up after failing the first time.

Sydney Swans didn’t take the traditional AFL pathway. It took him 4 years to make it into the rookie system after playing state league footy.

Rampe’s untraditional start has fueled the rest of his career, building a reputation as one of the most reliable and disciplined defenders in the game and incredibly hard to beat.

Off-field, he’s just as disciplined, and sometimes to a fault.

I had the opportunity to discuss his approach to nutrition, his mental protocols, and how he’s preparing for life post-footy.
