• More Foundations Classes: Perfect for beginners or a gentler practice.
• Expanded Yin Yoga: Evening classes now on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 PM.
• Progressive Class: Dive deeper with a 90 min Sunday class at 9:30 AM.
• Vinyasa Flow: Refreshed format, unheated for summer.
• Vinyasa Flow for Charity: Donation-based class on Thursdays at 1:30 PM, led by newly graduated teachers—support their journey and give back to the community! Proceeds go to RSPCA.
