We’re incredibly thankful of Zachariah Wadsworth from BKH Group, who is taking on the massive challenge of running 12 marathons in 12 months to raise funds for the vital work we do at CIDAF.

Alex recently sat down with journalist and host, Callum MacPherson from the award-winning podcast, Young Blood – Men’s Mental Health to talk about how we at Foundation House help rebuild lives of those in the construction industry who have faced with issues around addiction and mental health. Most people are unaware that construction is the second most dangerous workplace after mining.

We know that psychological safety is just as important as physical safety. And we’ve made some excellent progress. But when it comes to engaging 18–30-year-olds, especially those non-permanent workers who work for labor hire companies, we’re still missing the mark.
