💜 It’s Women’s Health Week (1–5 September) and this year’s theme is "Say yes to you."

I’ve had the a great week attending some amazing events held by Women's Health Physio Mackay. Some just for me and some for ‘work’ 🤩
And while I didn’t personally attend the Endo, Pelvic floor talk I gave myself permission to shower, throw the PJ’s on and watch from the comfort of my lounge thanks to Scout

A huge shout out to these amazing women for allowing us to openly discuss women’s health and the importance of advocating for your own health.

It’s a reminder to prioritise your health and wellbeing — because you deserve it.
