Rodney took to the hydrotherapy pool like a fish to water! 💦 While land based exercises can be a bit of a challenge, he absolutely loves his time in the water with our staff member Jane. Hydrotherapy is not only fun but incredibly therapeutic helping improve strength, balance, and reduce pain.

The best part? People of all ages, mobility levels, and abilities can join our OTM team in the hydrotherapy pool and enjoy moving their body while improving their overall health and fitness 💙

Here’s a look back at our OTM Christmas party from a couple of weeks ago 🎄

We loved spending the day with our participants, surrounded by horses, deer and some great company 🐴🦌

It was such a special way to connect, slow down and enjoy time together.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and were able to enjoy some well deserved rest, connection and meaningful moments.

Since starting with Jack, we’ve had the privilege of supporting him to achieve his goals and develop many valuable skills. For the past year and a half, Gwyn has been supporting Jack on Fridays and feels proud after every support session.

Jack enjoys exercising his independence during his support time. On a recent Community Access day, Gwyn met him at his preferred lunch spot and was pleased to find him confidently preparing a meal for himself at BBQ Town.

From working on emotional regulation and building independence to practicing good manners in public, Jack continues to make meaningful progress. Gwyn loves celebrating every milestone and success with him, because it’s those small achievements that truly matter.

Our amazing Support Worker Danielle joined a participant for a visit to Gem Valley and what a special visit it was! They got to meet Ralph the sheep and Jack the horse 🐴

At OTM, we truly believe animals are the key to a happy life. They bring joy, calm, and connection, we love having them be part of making our participants' days even brighter.

Jack even gave Danielle a little parting kiss!

Times like these make us so much more excited for all the memories we are going to make at J+J Hunter Valley Farm🥳

Danielle enjoyed a much needed day out with her Support Worker Jas, and what an adventure they had at Madame Tussauds!

Jas has been supporting Danielle for over a year now, and we love seeing the strong rapport they’ve built and all the wonderful experiences they continue to share.

Buck is currently being hand raised by Jo’s daughter, which means we get Buck cuddles every day.

He is currently our resident OTM Hub Mascot, Jack definitely loves him.
