Katie discovered yoga in her late teens and embraced its principles throughout her 20s, seeking inner peace during a transformative time in her life.
This journey of self-discovery led Katie to complete her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) from 2020-2023.
Katie has a particular love for Yoga Nidra, meditation, and mantra—cherishing the way sound can bring people together. In her classes, Katie encourages openness and curiosity, creating a space where students can connect with their voices and explore their own path to mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.
“I believe yoga should be joyful and accessible to everyone.
In my Friday classes, I bring practice “off the mat,” incorporating the use of a chair to blend authentic sequences with a light-hearted approach that fosters self-love. Whether you join me for Hatha, Chair, or Flow, my intention is always to help you feel supported and deeply connected to your body”
