An individual who qualifies for the NDIS due to their disability and meets the
necessary access criteria is referred to as an NDIS participant. If you are 9 years old or above, you have several options to become a participant in NDIS:
1. Reach out to your local area coordinator or the nearest NDIS office for assistance. They can guide you through the application process and act as your point of contact.
2. Alternatively, you can initiate your application over the phone by calling 1800 800 110.
3. Another option is to fill out an NDIS application form.
