Formulated with soothing salts and our beautifully floral HER Essential Oil Blend, this bath ritual is especially supportive when you’re craving balance and relaxation. Epsom Salt is traditionally used to help ease tired muscles, soften skin, and promote a restful night’s sleep, while Himalayan Pink Salt offers detoxifying properties.

AWO’s DIY Women’s Bath Tea
• ½ Cup Epsom Salt
• ½ Cup Himalayan Pink Salt (Fine)
• 10ml Fractionated Coconut Oil
• 8 drops HER Essential Oil Blend
• Dried florals *optional

Combine salts in a bowl, stir through Fractionated Coconut Oil and HER Blend, then spoon into a muslin bag or bath sachet before placing into a warm bath.
