‘Merry everything and Happy always,’
To all my Yera family, past guests and the many yet to visit.
Merry Christmas and a much better, peaceful, healing New year ahead.
2021, a number ‘5’ year. ‘5’ is the number of ending old cycles and patterns and the Mother Earth number, getting in touch with Mother Nature and allowing her to heal you, allowing surprises and miracles into your life and doing things, ‘your way.’
Perhaps finding new ways to do and manage things.
Eating better, sleeping better, hydrating better?
The song that comes to me is, Frank Sinatra, ‘My Way!’
You will Choose your way and Choose health and well being for this blessed number’5’ year.

And what a beautiful surprise - a dolphin 🐬 got in my shot too. Very Blessed at the wonderful healing ocean at Yera health retreat . The lovely fennel seeds stimulating our solar plexus on day 3 with yellow, the bee 🐝 and snail 🐌 on the fennel reminding us that we all can co-exist harmoniously.
