Hopefully you all remember that we are going to have 10am morning tea this Saturday 19th July. šŸŽ‰

Please also remember that our classes start time changed for this weekend ( for BOTH DAYS-SATURDAY & SUNDAY)

• Advanced class: 9.00am as usual.
• Level 3: We ask you to come in at 9.00am and join in the Advanced Class.
• Level 2 & Beginners: will start at 10.30am this weekend.

Classes start times for next term are as follows:
• 9am - Advanced Class & Level 4
• 10.30am - Level 3 & Beginners

One of TaiChi benefits is a gentle stimulation of lymphatic system through the slow and persistent movement.

Metaphorically the lymphatic system is a ā€œWhite River of Lifeā€ that plays a crucial role in maintaining our overall health and well-being.

• Removing body toxins and waste.
• Transporting immune cells, such as lymphocytes, to areas of the body where they're needed to fight infection.
• Maintaining fluid balance and prevents swelling.

Just as a river flows and nourishes the landscape, the lymphatic system flows and nourishes our bodies, keeping us healthy and strong.

Martial arts legend, Bruce Lee, said, ā€œ Be a water, my friendā€;
and that is what we are when our Tai Chi form flows smoothly as one nonstop dance of 85 effortless, yet precise movements .
