I have decided that the best prescription for stressed and overwhelmed women in the lead up to Christmas is a Christmas rom com.

Sweet, predictable and with a happy ending, what’s not to like?

Every year I will rewatch Love Actually which is the true classic and Die Hard for the boys. This year Netflix has put a few other options out. Let me know what you think.

Or if you have any great gems from other streaming services, please tag me.

Its beginning to seem a lot like Christmas!

Just remember to look after your health during the festive seson and stock up on what you need for your energy and health (possibly a bit of recovery too....). Let me know if you need anything added to your Vital.ly script or you need something popped out in clinic.

Ideally make sure you pack SB Pro if you are travelling and prone to stomach upsets or some amazing mushroom mixes to keep your immunity robust.
