It's completely okay to have low days. It happens to us all, even me!
Here's a gentle, soul-nourishing way to shift your energy if youre feeling low:
1. Start with 5 minutes of breath and gratitude.
Sit somewhere comfortable, place your hand on your heart, and take slow, deep breaths. With each exhale, release the heaviness. With each inhale, invite in peace. Then, name 3 things you're grateful forโbig or small.
2. Move your body.
Put on a feel-good song and let yourself move, even if it's just swaying or stretching. Movement helps emotion shift through the body.
3. Connect with nature or light.
Step outside, feel the sun or fresh air on your skin, and let the Earth hold you for a moment. Even just looking at the sky can create a reset.
4. Say something loving to yourself.
Try: โI am allowed to feel, and I am also allowed to rise. My light still lives within me.โ
