It was wonderful to catch up for a feed at to commemorate the passing of Harold 🙏

Him and his wife Helen use to live in St Peters and were coming to the clinic here and there for various things. They had moved to Melbourne at the end of last year to retire. And unfortunately a few months earlier we got the news that Harold had passed away 😔

Helen came up to Sydney to catch up with friends to organised a catch up to celebrate Harold’s life. We are so lucky to live in such a close knit and supportive community ☺️

Meet Laura! She came to us 4 months out from a trekking trip in Nepal. She had injured herself while training in preparation for this trip 😱

This is her after hiking 180km along the Manaslu Circuit with elevation gains and losses of +1100m/ -9850m without any issues at all 🙌
