Hope you had a fab weekend, Well Fitties! 💛

Mine was full of all the good stuff… family time, laughs with friends, and yes… I even dusted off the golf clubs (shocking, I know 😂). Let’s just say there were more giggles than great shots… but honestly, that’s the kind of “practice” I’m here for!

Now… as we roll into a new week, here’s your little nudge. 👇

Lunch/Dinner = DONE RIGHT ✔️

Today’s vibe? A chicken poke bowl that’s basically a party in a bowl… and yes, you’re all invited. 🌈🥗

We’ve got:
👉 Juicy seasoned chicken (hello protein 💪)
👉 All the colourful crunchy bits (because beige food is boring)
👉 A sensible scoop of rice (we’re not afraid of carbs here 🙅‍♀️)
👉 Healthy fats to keep you full and happy (no hanger on my watch)

There’s something about the ocean at sunset that makes everything go quiet… even when life feels anything but.

Today was full, 3 amazing classes, energy high, bodies moving, lots of laughs, the kind of morning that fills my cup in the best way. But it was this moment… feet in the sand, autumn sun dipping low, salt in the air… that truly grounded me.

It reminded me that we can give so much to others, but we have to take those small pockets of time back for ourselves too.

No noise.
No rushing.
No to do list.
Just breathing, feeling, being.

That was my “hit” today… and it didn’t cost a thing. 💛

So here’s your little reminder…you don’t need hours. You don’t need perfection. You just need a moment… and permission to take it.

Alright Well Fit fam… the long Easter weekend is DONE 🐣 (yes, I ate my body weight in chocolate too… balance, right?! 😅)

After a glorious staycation soaking up how ridiculously lucky we are to live here 🙌 it’s time to peel ourselves off the couch, locate the activewear (where did I put it?!), and GET. BACK. TO. CLASS. 💪

I’ve listed all the classes for this week below so you know exactly where to find me, and the best bit? EVERYONE is welcome! These classes you can just turn up to! No secret handshakes, no fitness level required, just good vibes, great people and a whole lot of movement.

Expect:
✨ Laughs (mostly at me)
✨ Questionable coordination
✨ Feel-good tunes
✨ And that “so glad I came” feeling after

I cannot WAIT to see all your faces back in the room, let’s shake off the choccy coma together and get those happy hormones pumping again!

Colour Run chaos to wrap up Term 1 and kick off the Easter holidays… and honestly, who thought giving adults access to powdered paint and water spray was a good idea?! 😂🌈

Absolute scenes! Kids living their best lives, teachers right in the thick of it, and me… fully embracing my new identity as a human rainbow! 🎨💁‍♀️

As we roll into a well earned 4 day weekend, just a little reminder there will be no Well Fit with Clare classes on Good Friday or Easter Monday.

We’ll be back into it from Tuesday 7th April, ready to move, groove and shake off the chocolate (or not… balance 😉).

Today we took Well Fit on tour… and oh my WOW, what a day! 😍

I organised a little outing for my Latitude One crew and we headed out of the Bay to the absolutely stunning Stanley Park (circa 1897)… and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!
First up… priorities… FOOD ☕🍰

Devonshire tea + sandwiches and honestly… elite behaviour all round. Fresh out the oven scones, generous portions (as it should be 💁‍♀️) and zero guilt because HELLO… we earn those treats in class every single week!

Then we turned slightly cultural and took on the self guided tour of the house. Beautiful, fascinating… and of course… the infamous locked “ghost room”! 👻

Happy to report we explored every corner, had a few laughs, no one got locked in… and most importantly, we finished with the same head count we started with. 😂👏

20 absolutely beautiful ladies joined me today and my heart is FULL. This is what Well Fit is all about… movement, connection, laughs and making memories together (with a side of scones obviously 🫶).

Now the real question is… should we do another one?! 👀

Because I’m already thinking this needs to become a thing…

Perfect. You’ll fit right in. 😂

We dim the lights, pop the disco lights on, and suddenly… everyone’s a little bit Beyoncé and a little bit “what on earth was that move?!” 💃🕺

But here’s the magic 👇

Group fitness… there’s just something about it 💫

After 27 years of teaching, I could give you a very long list of why it works… but honestly, it comes down to this:

It makes you feel like you belong.

You walk into a room (sometimes dragging your feet, let’s be honest), and suddenly you’re part of something. A room full of people all thinking:
👉 “This better be worth it…”
👉 “I hope she doesn’t do too many squats…”
👉 “Ok fine… I do feel better already…”

And before you know it, you’re moving, laughing, slightly out of breath, and completely forgetting about your to do list.

From my side of the room? It’s magic. Looking out and seeing you all hitting the beat (or at least trying 😜), following my cues, getting lost in the music, and just going for it… there is honestly no better feeling. You bring the energy, I bring the plan, and somewhere in the middle we create something pretty special.

And here’s the thing about my classes…

You’ll always get:
✨ A bit of what you want (fun, music and a good wiggle) 🔥 A bit of what you need (yes… the legs will feel it tomorrow) But it’s all wrapped up in a way that doesn’t feel like a chore.

No clock watching. No “how many minutes left? No counting down the seconds.
Just you… moving, sweating, laughing… and feeling like yourself again.

So if you’ve ever thought: “I should probably do something for my fitness…”

This is your sign.
