We are pleased to welcome Claire to the Wavelengths Team!

Claire is a Senior Psychologist with over two decades of experience in the field.

Claire does general Psychology sessions, as well as Assessments for ADHD, ASD and Intellectual assessments for children and adults.

From Claire - I have cultivated expertise in psychological practice and client support across diverse settings. My professional capabilities encompass conducting neurodivergent assessments, preparing thorough reports, and providing consistent follow-up services. I am proficient in managing PTSD through interventions tailored to individual circumstances.

Additionally, I employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

These methods are applied across all age groups,
with support customised to each person's unique needs to promote optimal outcomes.
