We are pleased to welcome Claire to the Wavelengths Team!

Claire is a Senior Psychologist with over two decades of experience in the field.

Claire does general Psychology sessions, as well as Assessments for ADHD, ASD and Intellectual assessments for children and adults.

From Claire - I have cultivated expertise in psychological practice and client support across diverse settings. My professional capabilities encompass conducting neurodivergent assessments, preparing thorough reports, and providing consistent follow-up services. I am proficient in managing PTSD through interventions tailored to individual circumstances.

Additionally, I employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

These methods are applied across all age groups,
with support customised to each person's unique needs to promote optimal outcomes.

We’re delighted to introduce Kevin Gaidies, our new Occupational Therapist, joining the Wavelengths team.

Kevin brings over 17 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, having worked across diverse settings including NDIS, Aged Care, community, and clinical environments.
His expertise spans working with individuals presenting with neurological impairments, Autism, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, stroke, Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other mental health disorders and physical /medical conditions.

Kevin is highly skilled in functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology and equipment prescription, and provides expert support for NDIS plan variations and recommendations to enhance activities of daily living and quality of life.

Outside of his professional life, Kevin is an elite Paralympic Road cyclist, competing at an international level — a true testament to his dedication and drive.

We’re thrilled to have Kevin on board and know our clients will benefit greatly from his clinical expertise and lived experience.

We have welcomed Jasmina to our team!
Jasmina is a Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner, having completed her Master of Professional Psychology in 2025.
She has spent over five years working alongside children, older adults, and people living with disabilities, supporting them to be independent and having fun along the way. Jasmina has over a year of practice specifically as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
In this role, Jasmina works closely with clients, families, and carers to understand behaviour, create personalised support plans, and put strategies in place that encourage positive change and wellbeing. Jasmina is committed to providing culturally safe and respectful support, including working with and learning from Australia’s First Nations peoples.

Her philosophy is simple; meet every person where they are at, and work with them to make small changes that can make a BIG difference!

Welcome Cassie!
Cassie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals cultivate a balanced, nourishing relationship with food.

With experience supporting those with disordered eating, she approaches her work with deep compassion, empathy, and evidence-based expertise. Cassie is also trained in the Low FODMAP diet and has additional expertise in managing digestive disorders, helping individuals navigate food intolerances and gut dysfunction with confidence.

She believes in a holistic, person-centred approach, empowering her clients to make sustainable changes that align with their individual needs and goals. In her free time Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being at the beach and getting lost in a good book.
