I'm so excited to officially introduce the 2026 Gippsland Women in Business Committee – an incredible group of women bringing experience, heart, leadership and a whole lot of passion to our community. 💛
After our recent AGM, we took a moment to reflect on the year that was, welcome our new committee members, and now we’re looking ahead to 2026 – and I truly can’t wait to see what this team will achieve together for our members.

👉 Nirelle Bennett – President
Coach, Hypnotherapist and Imposter Syndrome Specialist. Founder of Gippsland Hypnotherapy and Imposter Syndrome Tamer, supporting leaders, businesses and individuals to build confidence and create meaningful change. Passionate youth mentor and community connector.
👉 Rachel Gladman – Vice President
Administration and accounts professional with 14+ years’ experience, with qualifications in Business Administration and Accounting & Bookkeeping. Calm, organised and highly skilled in fast-paced environments.
👉 Gemma Moran Blacker – Secretary & Public Officer
Gemma brings 15+ years of people-focused experience and is passionate about connecting and supporting women in business across Gippsland.
👉 Melissa Cane – Treasurer
Keeping our numbers healthy and our foundation strong.
👉 Vanessa Forsyth – Committee Member
Senior Business Banker with NAB, proudly supporting Gippsland businesses and championing women in financial and business confidence.
👉 Trish Reardon – Committee Member
Registered Migration Agent and co-founder of Regional Migration Australia, with 25+ years of governance and community leadership experience.
👉 Janine Hayes OAM – Committee Member
Business owner, consultant, tourism industry leader and founding member of GWIB – deeply committed to the future of women in business across Gippsland.
👉 Joelene Donnelly – Committee Member
Founder of Goodlife Physiotherapy Traralgon, specialising in women’s health, sports physio and clinical Pilates, and passionate about keeping our community active and well.
👉 Emma Buglisi – Committee Member
Founder of Cultivate Video Production, helping regional organisations attract aligned talent through people-centred storytelling.
👉 Dr Rebecca Jones – Committee Member
Lecturer at Federation University and dual-accredited sport scientist specialising in health, exercise physiology and nutrition – passionate about empowering women through education and collaboration.
