The Support at Home program will replace the Home Care Packages Program on 1 July 2025.

If you currently receive aged care services through a Home Care Package, you will receive a letter to explain the changes and help you prepare for Support at Home.

This letter includes:
✔️ an overview of the Support at Home program
✔️ information on preparing for Support at Home with your provider
✔️ a checklist outlining the steps you can take to prepare for the change.
