Here at Summit Health & Performance Centre, we supply an array of appointment types, tailored to you as an individual. Our goal, is to help you reduce pain, improve function and to get you moving and feeling better. We not only offer hands on treatment and exercise based care, we also offer at home advice and care plans to help you move further towards your goal. Services we currently offer are:

We are now closing our psychology waitlist for children aged 5-12 with Jess.

For adults and teens aged 16+, our waitlist remains open.

A reminder, Stephanie provides her Psychology services via telehealth so you do not need to be local to the clinic to access her services.

Meet Leanne! 👋

Leanne joined us in August, but we were a bit delayed in getting a picture so that we could introduce her.

Leanne brings over 15 years of experience in administration, developing excellent communication and organisational skills.

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys the gym, going for walks and spending time with her family.

Fun fact: Leanne has just been gifted a sourdough starter, she’s not sure how it will turn out yet, but promises to keep us posted! 🍞

You’ll spot Leanne at the front desk on Fridays, be sure to say hi when you see her!
