Absolutely amazing what this quiet little modality can deliver. 15 minutes three times a day for 7days is what we experience in our immersive training. The results are amazing!

Having been in immersive and then as part of the training team - I remain completely dedicated and amazed at how powerful this beautiful modality is.

I am privileged to see the changes in my clients each and every visit. The changes are unique to each and a step closer to holistic wellness.

Not too many people are aware that we have bee hives🐝 and have been blessed with this beautiful honey draw just before Christmas. These are great for last minute Christmas presents.

This batch, from a single hive so the flavour is intensified, has a lovely soft aniseed flavour which will mellow and change as it is stored.

I will have some with me tomorrow during clinic times, or can drop off in Maffra or Sale tomorrow afternoon/evening as needed.

First honey draw for the season, nice aniseed flavour from our very first hive (was the one with a lemon flavour) which is in a new location!!

I’m so excited to announce that I have been given the opportunity to work in a new space alongside a beautiful team of practitioners - The Silent Therapist Jill Hanley Ayurvedic Massage and Enlightened Healing.

I will have a booking link for use soon but in the meantime please reach out to me direct to make your appointments, both regular and new clients.

I will still be offering sessions Monday afternoon/evening and other days where available.

This week with my clients I have been discussing Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF) and its role in the Spinal Flow Technique! You can then understand how excited I was to find that one our fellow Spinal Flow Practitioners has recently spent some time talking with Dr Mauro Zappaterra, leading CSF researcher, talking about what CSF flow in the body feels like as part of his research. The interview has been shared on Dr Zappaterra’s CSF Series on YouTube 🙌
