We’re incredibly proud to share that **Dr Iain Nicolson** has been awarded his Fellowship with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM).

Dr Nicolson has been caring for the Sale community for decades, establishing **Sale Medical Centre in 1995**, **Loch Sport Medical Centre in 2022**, and **Maffra Medical Centre in 2023** — a remarkable contribution to local healthcare.

We a seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across our three established medical centres.

This is a **hands-on leadership role** working closely with the Practice Manager and Board, with real influence over financial strategy and business performance.

💼 The role:
• Lead reporting, budgeting & forecasting across multiple sites
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, and compliance
• Provide financial insights to support Board-level decisions
• Drive systems, processes, and continuous improvement

👤 About you:
• Proven Finance Manager / senior finance experience
• Strong Xero and Excel skills (essential)
• Commercial mindset with high attention to detail
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Able to manage a multi-site environment
