Please sign this petition to urge the government to increase the number of Medicare rebated psychology appointments that Australians can access per year. The number of appointments that people can receive a Medicare rebate for was quietly halved back in 2022. This has put many people at risk, as they are not able to receive therapy as regularly or for as long as they need.

An incredible opportunity to experience an art exhibition focusing on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) will launch in Canberra on August 30 at the Belconnen Arts Centre. Highly talented and acclaimed Australian artist, originally from Gippsland; Donna Lawrence, translates many of the DBT concepts into a visual format in a way never seen before. This brings DBT to a new audience, and our understanding of mental health to new horizons. This exhibition is truly exciting for the DBT community internationally, and we encourage all those interested in DBT to attend if possible.

Donna Lawrence challenges the stigma associated with Borderline Personality Disorder through an experimental and interactive journey of visual and conceptual language.
