When life feels overwhelming, the body often holds it in ways we do not always notice. Tight hips, a heavy chest, a lower back that just will not release. Here are some of my favourite stretches that work through some of the body's most common tension storage zones, gently encouraging the nervous system to settle and the body to let go.
Always listen to your body and honour its limits. We all move differently, and not every day will feel the same, and that is perfectly fine.
