YIN four times a week - we love our Yin Yoga classes 💛

Monday 6pm with Alicia
Thursday 7pm with Alicia
Friday 11am with Liane (back next week!)
Saturday 8.30am with Jill

Yin Yoga moves at a much slower pace and focuses on stretching ligaments and connective tissues to increase flexibility and invoke a deep sense of calm. Poses are held for longer and there is a strong meditative element to this style of yoga, which will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.

Our new Meditation classes have been so well received, so we are excited to announce they will continue ongoing! Book on the MindBody app, search for us!

✨ Effortless Meditation is for everyone: women, men, children, skeptics and especially people with busy minds. You don’t need to believe in it for it to work and there’s no “doing it right” or emptying the mind. It’s perfect for anyone who has felt meditation wasn’t for them or has struggled to switch off (age requirement 16+)

✨ This practice helps you pause, feel and see clearly, expanding your level of awareness in every area of your life. It supports nervous system regulation, so your mind and body respond differently to stress and overwhelm. With regular practice, people often notice:

- Reduced anxiety and emotional reactivity
- Better sleep and faster recovery from fatigue
- Increased clarity, focus and creativity
- More grounded responses in relationships
- An expanded world-view, compassion and empathy

SOMAYOGA
This class begins with slow and gentle yoga asana, with the invitation to soften into a less structured form and moving into movement with music.
NERVOUS SYSTEM
SomaYoga utilises music as a tool. We invite repetitive rhythmic movements, fluid yoga asana and intuitive dance flow. Positive breath and body work shifts our nervous system into rejuvenation mode.
RELEASE
Somatic movement encourages self awareness and intuition, whilst opening and releasing any stuck holding patterns.

We’re excited that next week Alicia’s Equestrian Yoga class will be on MindBody - this class is open to any riders, regardless of experience!

Would you like to feel more balanced and supple in the saddle? Do you struggle to be soft and responsive when you ride? Is the tension in your hips and lower back affecting your riding?

These classes focus on your specific needs as riders and combine yoga with Pilates-based strength exercises.
