✨ Effortless Meditation is for everyone: women, men, children, skeptics and especially people with busy minds. You don’t need to believe in it for it to work and there’s no “doing it right” or emptying the mind. It’s perfect for anyone who has felt meditation wasn’t for them or has struggled to switch off (age requirement 16+)
