Last week, our Inspired Options crew very much enjoyed the Daytime Disco at North East Community House. They danced, chatted, and connected with others, creating a fantastic and memorable experience.🩷It was such a nice way to bring everyone together for some fun and social interaction.🤩 🪩

Today, the Inspired Options crew crafted beautiful pasties, we chopped carrots, onions, and potatoes with complete focus. We blended beef mince and rich stock, folding the mix into golden pastry. The activity was excellent for our life skills, and our fine motor skills. At lunch, we savored the warm, delicious pasties, smiles lighting up the table.😀Afterwards, we tidied and did the dishes, wrapping up a very productive day of cooking.🥕 🧅 🥔 🧑‍🍳

Today we had our friends from Icaspa come and visit. 🩷While they were visiting we all made some fantastic sea/sand scape paint pouring artworks and added shells 🐚 to the pictures to make them more realistic. Our final art pieces look amazing 😍

Today we went for an excursion to Carrick Hill and explored some of the story book trail. We saw collectables/memorabilia from different books such as The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Animalia and The Jungle Book. Later eating our lunch in the beautiful gardens on this glorious sunny day ☀️ 🌳
