What if your physical pain was emotions stored in your body…? Or shock..? Or trauma…? Or someone else’s pain, shock & trauma…? 😳🫶❤️‍🩹that was the case for this beautiful client! With the Release session, we had the space to acknowledge that the very real, debilitating pain she was experiencing was Not even her pain, & we created the opportunity for her body to feel safe so that she could let it go… sounds strange, but energetically a very real & profound shift of the pain she had been feeling for over a year…the energetic imprint of someone else’s trauma on her body. We are soo much more than just a physical body 💗💥
