THE SCHUMANN RESONANCE IS SPIKING AGAIN ✨ MANY SENSITIVE PEOPLE MAY NOW BE FEELING STRONGER ENERGETIC AND EMOTIONAL PROCESSING ✨ MAY 28, 2026

Dear friends, the Schumann Resonance is showing heightened activity again today, and many sensitive people may now be feeling the emotional, physical, and energetic atmosphere becoming more active beneath the surface.

For some, this may feel like tiredness, pressure in the body, unusual dreams, emotional waves, mental overstimulation, sensitivity to noise, stronger intuition, body heaviness, sudden clarity, exhaustion, or the feeling that the nervous system is processing more than the mind can fully explain.

And as we continue moving closer toward the Blue Moon in Sagittarius arriving in only a few days, this may feel even more noticeable. The current energy may be bringing deeper emotional truths, relationship awareness, inner realizations, emotional releases, and the growing need to protect peace more consciously while the body continues adjusting to stronger energetic movement.

This does not necessarily mean something is wrong. Sometimes the body simply needs more grounding, rest, hydration, quietness, nervous system support, and emotional space when the collective field becomes more electrically active.

Many sensitive people may now benefit from simplifying the evening, reducing overstimulation, drinking more water, resting the nervous system, breathing slowly, and becoming more intentional about what they allow into their emotional field.

Finding Peace in the Flow

Releasing all attachment to outcomes,
I surrender to what is.

Peace is not found by escaping life. It is found by fully arriving in it.

So many people spend their days trapped between regrets about the past and anxiety about the future that they completely miss the only moment they are actually living: right now.

The present moment is where life is happening. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow. Now.

Mindfulness is not about becoming perfect or emptying your mind completely. It is simply the practice of returning your attention back to the moment instead of letting your thoughts drag you endlessly through fear, worry, and overthinking.

When you become present, even ordinary things begin to feel meaningful again: a deep breath, sunlight through a window, a quiet morning, the sound of rain, a conversation with someone you love.

You realize peace was never hiding somewhere far away. It was waiting underneath all the mental noise.

You do not need to control every outcome to feel safe. You do not need to have your entire future figured out to experience joy.

Sometimes healing begins the moment you stop resisting life and simply allow yourself to be here, fully and peacefully.

The present moment is not just a moment. It is your true home.
