Getting a facial soon? Here's how to get the most out of it, before, during, and after.

Your skin therapist will do the magic, but your prep and aftercare can make the results last even longer.

🧖‍♀️ Before Your Facial:

Avoid particularly harsh exfoliants or synthetic actives 3–5 days before

Stay hydrated

Skip makeup if possible

🌿 During the Facial:

Communicate any sensitivities or concerns

Relax (this is your time!)

Ask questions, your therapist will guide you

🌙 After Your Facial:

Avoid (if possible) sun, sweating, and makeup for 24h

Use gentle, hydrating products

Book your next treatment to stay consistent (and don't forget your home care between visits)
