All treatments/therapies are reflective of your individual needs.When making an appointment I will ask you to please provide a brief overview of how I can best meet your needs, if you're not sure, no problem, I'll be able to assist you. You may be after some nourishing & rejuvenation, so nothing beats a full-body massage with warm oils. Or you may be suffering from lower back tension/pain, so I would suggest heat treatment. You can choose from I hour, 90 minute & 2 hour treatment sessions. For example you may wish to choose a 90 minute session, which involves massage only or a 1 hour massage with 30 minutes of steam box therapy. Alternatively, you may require concentrated massage & heat treatment for a particular area of your body, so a 1 hour session would be sufficient. As well as the physical treatments, subtle energy work called Marma Point Therapy is often incorporated into all treatments.

1 Hour session is $90

90 minute session is $130

2 Hour session is $160

Health & Wellness Consultation, duration 90 minutes - 2 Hours is $180

Not so good news 😔

Hi everyone,
In the intense winds last Monday & Tuesday, our caravan we have called home for the last 2 months whilst our tiny home is being built, saw the annexe not fair too well. We have now lost over half our living space, a little too cosy for myself, husband & 2 cat babies. We have decided to make my new clinic our home for the next 6-8weeks with the expected finish of our tiny home around this time.

This means I will be limited to online health & wellness consultations, as well as in your home if you live within a 20 minute drive from Camp Mountain.

An Ayurveda consultation is like none other. If you truly wish to get to the root cause of your current health complaint or just wish to generally feel better all over, this is definitely the way to go.
